Supporting Rugby League from Parliament

I know that our local rugby league teams are close to the hearts of many constituents, whether they play or support from the sidelines.

That’s why I’ve become the vice-chair of the All Party Parliamentary Group on Rugby League, which meets to discuss what can be done to protect and support the game and its clubs, whether that’s the Wigan Warriors, Ashton Bears, Hindley, Orrell St James or St Jude's ARLFC.
