Update from British Gas

I previously updated you on concerns raised to me by a constituent about British Gas’ behaviour following a mistake on their part, and linked concerns raised by ITV. I have since met with them and they have now promised to make changes to the way they act.

Now, I have written to the Secretary of State for Energy Security and Net Zero, Ed Miliband, to ensure that he also holds them to the promises they made to me and my constituent.
